【摘要】：發(fā)展是以經(jīng)濟(jì)為龍頭聯(lián)動(dòng)社會(huì)各方面因素協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的過程,它包括經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展與制度發(fā)展等多個(gè)層面。對(duì)發(fā)展觀意義與內(nèi)涵的理解,既要考慮到社會(huì)發(fā)展的普遍規(guī)律,又要考慮到特殊時(shí)期的特殊規(guī)律。"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"發(fā)展理念,是對(duì)我國改革開放以來發(fā)展觀以及國際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論的繼承與發(fā)展,是指導(dǎo)中國特色社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段新時(shí)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展的綱領(lǐng)性思想。
[Abstract]:Development is the process of coordinated development of all aspects of society, which includes economic development, social development and institutional development. To understand the meaning and connotation of the concept of development, we should not only consider the general law of social development, but also consider the special law of special period. " The concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing is the inheritance and development of the concept of development and the international advanced experience and theory since China's reform and opening up. It is the guiding ideology of economic and social development in the new stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
