濱州市農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, a large number of young and middle-aged rural workers in cities, rural labor gradually transferred to the city, empty nest old people appear in large numbers, the traditional land endowment, self-pension, Family old-age support has no longer adapted to the development of society, can not meet the needs of the elderly, rural old-age pension again become a worry for the elderly, children worried, the government is worried about the social problems. At this year's two sessions of the National people's Congress, the issue of old-age support has once again become a hot topic among deputies. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of the old-age service industry, and revised and introduced many measures to deal with the "empty nest crisis." Taking Binzhou as an example, this paper makes a special study on the problem of rural old-age support in Binzhou. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant theories, systematically expounds the concept and characteristics of the aged, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing the rural mutual support for the aged. Secondly, through the county area investigation, has understood the Binzhou countryside happiness hospital's present situation, the characteristic method and the achievement in detail, has analyzed the Binzhou countryside happy hospital operation existence question and the reason. Finally, on the basis of summing up the advanced experience and practice of providing for the aged and mutual assistance in rural areas at home and abroad, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to further improve and promote the work of Binzhou Rural Happiness Institute. First, we should strengthen propaganda and guidance. Gradually change the masses' traditional concept of old-age support; The second is to establish rural mutual pension time bank; the third is to do everything possible to increase funding input; four is to innovate the service model to meet the needs of different old people; five is to establish rules and regulations to improve internal management.
