【摘要】：正沖突和動(dòng)蕩仍舊是2016年中東的關(guān)鍵詞,民族宗教矛盾和域內(nèi)外大國(guó)博弈不斷交織。在經(jīng)歷中東變局以來(lái)的長(zhǎng)期動(dòng)蕩后,發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定成為中東地區(qū)國(guó)家和人民的共同訴求,尤其是阿拉伯國(guó)家避亂求治的愿望更加強(qiáng)烈。民心思定、避亂求治、尋求發(fā)展,或許是動(dòng)蕩中東的希望所在。2016年的中東形勢(shì)延續(xù)了中東變局以來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)型與動(dòng)蕩相互交織的基本特征。一方面,中東地區(qū)動(dòng)蕩在繼續(xù)加深、擴(kuò)散和外溢,并突出表現(xiàn)為沙特與伊朗斷交危機(jī)、美俄大國(guó)博弈
[Abstract]:Positive conflict and turbulence are still the key words in the Middle East in 2016. Ethnic and religious contradictions are constantly intertwined with the game of great powers inside and outside the region. After a long period of turmoil in the Middle East, development and stability have become the common aspirations of the countries and peoples of the Middle East, especially the desire of Arab countries to avoid chaos and seek governance. The hope for instability in the Middle East may lie in the hope of avoiding chaos and seeking development. The 2016 situation in the Middle East continues the fundamental features of the transition and turmoil that have been intertwined since the Middle East has changed. On the one hand, the turmoil in the Middle East continues to deepen, spread and spill over, and is manifested in the crisis of breaking diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, and the game between the great powers of the United States and Russia.
