“特朗普沖擊”下的日本戰(zhàn)略因應(yīng)與中日關(guān)系

【摘要】：特朗普上臺前后,日本一度在心理上受到不亞于"尼克松沖擊"的影響。日本的擔(dān)心集中在全球體系秩序、亞太地緣政治、中日雙邊爭端三大領(lǐng)域會否發(fā)生對己不利的變動上。這大體可歸因為新時期安倍政府的"中國心結(jié)"。作為對策,日本在穩(wěn)住同盟、維護(hù)秩序、拓寬外交、加強軍事方面采取了主動措施。此類舉措及背后的憂患意識近年已顯,"特朗普沖擊"起到了催化作用。沖擊給日本及日美關(guān)系帶來多方影響,短期內(nèi)兩者不免受到"責(zé)權(quán)利"等因素的困擾,中長期則利于日本加速邁向政軍大國,助推同盟深化尤其是軍事安全關(guān)系提升。受沖擊影響,中日經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系或出現(xiàn)一些間接利好因素,但更明顯的應(yīng)是中國周邊環(huán)境將出現(xiàn)更多的日本身影以及同盟強化與日本自強同時快進(jìn)的復(fù)雜局面。中國對此宜長短結(jié)合、多向操作、綜合施策,及早做好相應(yīng)研判與準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:Before and after Trump took office, Japan was once psychologically influenced by Nixon's shock. Japan's concerns focus on whether there will be adverse changes in the global system order, Asia-Pacific geopolitics, and bilateral disputes between China and Japan. This can largely be attributed to the "Chinese knot" of Abe's government in the new era. As a countermeasure, Japan took active measures to stabilize the alliance, maintain order, broaden diplomacy and strengthen military affairs. Such moves and the sense of concern behind them have become apparent in recent years, and the Trump shock has served as a catalyst. The impact on Japan and its relations with the United States has brought many influences. In the short term, the two countries will inevitably be troubled by such factors as "responsibility and right". In the medium and long term, it will be conducive for Japan to speed up its transition to a large political and military power, and to promote the deepening of alliances, especially the promotion of military security relations. Affected by the impact, there may be some indirect positive factors in Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations, but it should be more obvious that there will be more Japanese figures in China's surrounding environment and a complex situation of alliance strengthening and Japan's self-strengthening at the same time. China should combine long and short, multi-directional operation, comprehensive strategy, early study and preparation.
