【摘要】： 黨際關(guān)系是一個(gè)國(guó)家國(guó)際關(guān)系的重要組成部分，也是國(guó)家對(duì)外關(guān)系中不可缺少的重要領(lǐng)域，同時(shí)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨史研究的重要內(nèi)容，又是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨史研究的重要環(huán)節(jié)。因而，正確處理和發(fā)展中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨同世界各國(guó)政黨的關(guān)系，是我國(guó)獨(dú)立自主和平外交政策的重要內(nèi)容。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷來(lái)重視發(fā)展黨際關(guān)系，通過(guò)政黨間的交往與合作，促進(jìn)政黨與政黨的關(guān)系，更重要的是融洽國(guó)與國(guó)之間的關(guān)系，并以發(fā)展黨際關(guān)系為契機(jī)，大力加快社會(huì)主義建設(shè)步伐。特別是改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，為了加快社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，營(yíng)造和諧的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境，充分利用國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)各種有利條件，為我國(guó)改革和建設(shè)提供外在支持，黨的三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)黨際關(guān)系從理論和實(shí)踐都作了創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。本文從改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)新型黨黨際關(guān)系理論和實(shí)踐切入，，概括了我黨新時(shí)期黨際關(guān)系發(fā)展的意義、特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容、原則等理論與實(shí)踐，以比較翔實(shí)的資料相對(duì)比較完整地論述了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨政黨外交的探索、創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展過(guò)程，總結(jié)出許多寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。堅(jiān)持黨際關(guān)系四項(xiàng)基本原則；超越意識(shí)形態(tài)，求同存異，發(fā)展健康的新型黨際關(guān)系：尊重政黨政治的多樣性和政黨格局的多樣性，優(yōu)先發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)，以發(fā)展黨際關(guān)系促進(jìn)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作；構(gòu)建全方位、多渠道、寬領(lǐng)域、深層次的政黨外交；力求對(duì)新時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的政黨外交有一個(gè)比較完整的認(rèn)識(shí)，并從中總結(jié)出一套值得研究和借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The inter-party relationship is an important part of a country's international relations, and also an indispensable important field in the country's foreign relations. At the same time, it is an important content of the party history research of the Communist Party of China, and an important link in the study of the party history of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, correctly handling and developing the relationship between the Communist Party of China and political parties all over the world is an important part of China's independent foreign policy of peace. The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to developing inter-party relations, promoting relations between political parties through exchanges and cooperation among political parties, and, more importantly, harmonious relations between countries, and taking the development of inter-party relations as an opportunity. We will vigorously speed up the pace of socialist construction. In particular, since the reform and opening up, in order to speed up the development of the socialist economy, create a harmonious environment for economic development, make full use of all kinds of favorable conditions at home and abroad, and provide external support for the reform and construction of our country, The three generations of leaders of the Party have innovated and developed the inter-party relations in theory and practice. From the perspective of the new theory and practice of inter-party relations since the reform and opening up, this paper summarizes the significance, characteristics, contents, principles and other theories and practices of the development of inter-party relations in the new period of our Party. In this paper, the exploration, innovation and development of the party diplomacy of the Communist Party of China (CPC) are discussed, and many valuable experiences are summed up. Adhering to the four basic principles of inter-party relations; transcending ideology, seeking common ground while reserving differences, and developing a new type of healthy inter-party relationship: respecting the diversity of political party politics and the diversity of party patterns, giving priority to economic development, To promote economic and trade cooperation through the development of inter-party relations; to build all-round, multi-channel, wide-field and deep-seated party diplomacy; and to strive to have a relatively complete understanding of the party diplomacy of the CPC in the new period. And sum up a set of experience and lessons worth studying and drawing lessons from.
