【摘要】：近代以來,深受以技術(shù)決定論與市場(chǎng)決定論為基礎(chǔ)的現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論的影響,中國的歷史學(xué)家們一直糾結(jié)于古代中國文明與現(xiàn)代西方文明的邏輯關(guān)系。而新近崛起的現(xiàn)代財(cái)政國家論則為我們重新思考古代中國文明的演變提供了一個(gè)全新的視角。從財(cái)政國家論的角度來看,王安石變法的背景既有市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)公共經(jīng)濟(jì)資源擠占導(dǎo)致的財(cái)政困難,也有魏晉以來利他主義道德與集體主義精神衰微帶來的文化危機(jī)。而變法實(shí)際是中國古代文明自我反思的一部分,是中國古代精英重建公共經(jīng)濟(jì)體制與重構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)文化努力的嘗試,也是古代文明遭遇市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)沖擊后的第一次本能反應(yīng)。這樣一種對(duì)公共經(jīng)濟(jì)與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的思考,對(duì)今天的現(xiàn)代文明轉(zhuǎn)型探索與社會(huì)危機(jī)應(yīng)對(duì)思考仍具有十分重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, deeply influenced by modern economic theory based on technological determinism and market determinism, Chinese historians have been struggling with the logical relationship between ancient Chinese civilization and modern western civilization. The newly rising theory of modern financial state provides a new perspective for us to rethink the evolution of ancient Chinese civilization. From the point of view of financial state theory, the background of Wang Anshi's reform is not only the financial difficulties caused by the market economy's overrun of public economic resources, but also the cultural crisis caused by the decline of altruistic morality and collectivism spirit since the Wei and Jin dynasties. The reform is a part of the self-reflection of ancient Chinese civilization, the attempt of the ancient elite to rebuild the public economic system and the reconstruction of traditional culture, and the first instinctive reaction of ancient civilization after the impact of market economy. Such a reflection on the relationship between the public economy and the market economy is still of great significance to the exploration of the transformation of modern civilization and the response to the social crisis.
