【摘要】：隨著老年人口數(shù)量的不斷增長,老年需求消費(fèi)將成為一個新興的消費(fèi)增長點,這使養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場需求日益增加。與西方發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,我國養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)還處于剛剛起步階段,目前還沒有一種適合我國國情的成熟運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式,通過對最優(yōu)模式進(jìn)行SWOT分析,完善對運(yùn)營模式優(yōu)化重構(gòu),最終確立混合式多元化養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of the elderly population, the elderly demand consumption will become a new growth point of consumption, which makes the market demand of the old-age real estate industry increasing day by day. Compared with the western developed countries, the pension real estate in our country is still in its infancy, and there is not a mature operation mode of the old-age real estate, which is suitable for the national conditions of our country. Through the SWOT analysis of the optimal model, Perfect the optimization and reconstruction of the operation mode, and finally establish the mixed diversified pension real estate operation model.
