【摘要】：改革開放30多年來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)飛速發(fā)展,創(chuàng)造了中國(guó)奇跡。作為世界改革史上最成功的范例之一,中國(guó)的發(fā)展模式引來(lái)人們的關(guān)注。這不僅僅是個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,更是個(gè)政治現(xiàn)象,中國(guó)民主政治模式是其成功的秘訣之一。沒(méi)有民主就沒(méi)有社會(huì)主義,民主是社會(huì)主義中國(guó)的不懈追求。中國(guó)民主政治模式是在中國(guó)特定的歷史環(huán)境和政治傳承中衍生出來(lái)的,同時(shí)也借鑒吸納了世界優(yōu)秀政治文明的成果,反映了人類社會(huì)政治發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律。所以,中國(guó)民主政治模式必將對(duì)世界有一定的影響和貢獻(xiàn)。本文著重論述中國(guó)民主政治模式的世界影響,主要分為以下四個(gè)部分。第一部分,展開了對(duì)中國(guó)民主政治模式的一般概述。中國(guó)民主政治模式的基本構(gòu)架和制度體系使其具有很多優(yōu)勢(shì)特色,這表明中國(guó)民主政治模式已初具形態(tài)并取得重大發(fā)展和重要成就,為世界社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。第二部分,分析了中國(guó)獨(dú)立探求民主之路對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的啟示。一些發(fā)展中國(guó)家移植西方民主帶來(lái)了一系列問(wèn)題,中國(guó)立足國(guó)情、走漸進(jìn)式民主發(fā)展道路,為發(fā)展中國(guó)家提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。第三部分,闡述了中國(guó)民主政治模式的初步成功對(duì)西方民主的回應(yīng)與沖擊。中國(guó)民主政治模式的不斷成熟與發(fā)展打破了歷史終結(jié)論、普世價(jià)值論的神話,并在一定程度上沖擊了西方國(guó)家壟斷的民主話語(yǔ)霸權(quán)。第四部分,概括了中國(guó)民主政治模式對(duì)人類政治文明的貢獻(xiàn)。中國(guó)民主政治模式展現(xiàn)了新型民主的活力,豐富了民主價(jià)值的內(nèi)涵和人類政治文明的多樣性,也是中國(guó)作為大國(guó)應(yīng)有的世界貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economy has continued to develop at full speed, creating a Chinese miracle. As one of the most successful examples in the history of world reform, China's development model has attracted people's attention. This is not only an economic phenomenon, but also a political phenomenon. China's democratic political model is one of the secrets of its success. Without democracy, there would be no socialism. Democracy is the unremitting pursuit of socialist China. China's democratic political model is derived from China's specific historical environment and political heritage, and it also draws lessons from the achievements of the world's excellent political civilization and reflects the general law of the political development of human society. Therefore, China's democratic political model will certainly have a certain impact and contribution to the world. This paper focuses on the world impact of China's democratic political model, mainly divided into the following four parts. The first part, the general overview of the Chinese democratic political model. The basic structure and institutional system of Chinese democratic political model make it have many advantages, which indicates that Chinese democratic political model has begun to take shape and has made great progress and achievements, and has made important contributions to the development of socialism in the world. In the second part, the author analyzes the enlightenment of China's independence to the developing countries. Transplanting western democracy to some developing countries has brought about a series of problems. China bases itself on national conditions and takes the path of gradual democratic development, which provides experience for developing countries. The third part expounds the response and impact of the initial success of Chinese democratic political model to western democracy. The continuous maturity and development of Chinese democratic political model have broken the myth of historical termination theory and universal value theory, and to a certain extent have impacted the hegemony of democratic discourse in the monopoly of western countries. The fourth part summarizes the contribution of Chinese democratic political model to human political civilization. China's democratic political model shows the vitality of new democracy, enriches the connotation of democratic value and the diversity of human political civilization, and is also the world contribution that China as a big country should have.
