【摘要】：南疆地區(qū)的青少年是南疆社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、繁榮經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要群體之一,為此青少年群體法治素養(yǎng)的高低將會(huì)對(duì)南疆產(chǎn)生重要影響。近年來(lái),南疆地區(qū)宗教氛圍較為濃厚,宗教極端思想通過(guò)各種途徑傳播,蔓延滲透到南疆各個(gè)角落,嚴(yán)重侵蝕了青少年,參與暴力恐怖犯罪時(shí)有發(fā)生,并成為當(dāng)前新疆暴力恐怖犯罪的重要特點(diǎn)之一。為此新疆在各級(jí)黨委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下緊緊圍繞新疆工作總目標(biāo)開(kāi)展了一系列的工作。法制教育無(wú)疑是武裝南疆地區(qū)青少年頭腦的最有效思想武器之一,對(duì)引導(dǎo)青少年樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀念,提高法律意識(shí),增強(qiáng)自身辨識(shí)能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)南疆地區(qū)和諧穩(wěn)定有著重要的意義。本文系作者閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)并結(jié)合自身的工作經(jīng)歷確定的研究題目。首先,在文章第一部分對(duì)研究背景、意義和方法做了總體說(shuō)明。其次,界定了南疆地區(qū)青少年法制教育的概念,以及南疆地區(qū)青少年法制教育的目標(biāo)。認(rèn)為在南疆地區(qū)開(kāi)展青少年法制教育有著現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要,南疆地區(qū)青少年的普法宣傳教育工作應(yīng)圍繞去極端化開(kāi)展,有助于提高自身辨識(shí)能力,規(guī)范自身行為,塑造正確的價(jià)值觀念。再次,通過(guò)對(duì)南疆四地州部分縣市進(jìn)行調(diào)研、發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,對(duì)青少年法制教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析梳理,總結(jié)了目前在南疆地區(qū)開(kāi)展法制教育工作取得的積極成效、同時(shí)通過(guò)問(wèn)卷和調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因。最后,筆者論述了開(kāi)展南疆地區(qū)青少年法制教育應(yīng)遵循的原則、有針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性的提出優(yōu)化完善法制教育的內(nèi)容以及強(qiáng)化法制教育工作的具體舉措。
[Abstract]:Young people in southern Xinjiang are one of the most important groups in the social stability and prosperity of economy in southern Xinjiang. Therefore, the level of legal literacy of young people will have an important impact on southern Xinjiang. In recent years, there has been a strong religious atmosphere in the southern Xinjiang region, and religious extremist ideas have spread through various channels, spreading to every corner of southern Xinjiang, seriously eroding young people, and participating in violent and terrorist crimes from time to time. It has become one of the important characteristics of violent terrorist crime in Xinjiang. Therefore, under the leadership of party committees at all levels, Xinjiang has carried out a series of work closely around the overall goal of Xinjiang's work. Legal education is undoubtedly one of the most effective ideological weapons in arming the minds of young people in the southern Xinjiang region. It can guide young people to set up correct values, raise their legal awareness, and enhance their ability to identify themselves. It is of great significance to realize harmony and stability in southern Xinjiang. This article is a research topic that the author has identified by reading a lot of literature and combining his own work experience. First of all, in the first part of the article, the background, significance and methods of the overall explanation. Secondly, it defines the concept of juvenile legal education and the goal of legal education in southern Xinjiang. It is believed that there is a realistic need to carry out legal education for teenagers in the southern Xinjiang area, and that the publicity and education work for teenagers in southern Xinjiang should be carried out around depolarization, which will help to improve their own identification ability and standardize their own behavior. Shape the right values. Thirdly, through investigating and distributing questionnaires to some counties and cities in four states of southern Xinjiang, this paper analyzes and combs the current situation of legal education for teenagers, and summarizes the positive results of the legal education work in southern Xinjiang. At the same time, through the questionnaire and research to find out the problems and the causes of the problems. Finally, the author discusses the principles to be followed in carrying out the legal education of teenagers in southern Xinjiang, and puts forward some concrete measures to optimize and perfect the content of legal education and strengthen the work of legal education.
