【摘要】：如何有效應對人口老齡化問題,已經(jīng)成為我國現(xiàn)代化進程中不得不面對的一項艱巨任務。在"積極老齡化"背景下,以浙江、福建兩地的360位老人作為主要調(diào)查對象,從人口學特征變量、社會參與頻率、參與角色及退休后工作狀態(tài)等角度分析和探討老年人社會參與行為與成功老齡化的關系,并針對老年人自身的參與意愿與不同群體對其認知的偏差,以及社會給予的外部支持環(huán)境不一致等矛盾提出倡導終身化老年教育等解決思路。
[Abstract]:How to effectively deal with the problem of population aging has become a difficult task in the process of modernization of our country. Under the background of "active aging", 360 elderly people in Zhejiang and Fujian were selected as the main objects of investigation. The demographic characteristics variable and the frequency of social participation were analyzed. The relationship between the social participation behavior and the successful aging of the elderly is analyzed and discussed from the perspective of participation role and post-retirement work status, and the deviation between the participation willingness of the elderly and the cognition of different groups is discussed. As well as the contradiction of the external support environment that the society gives, puts forward the solution thought such as advocating the life-long-life-oriented education for the elderly.
