【摘要】：在寄宿制學(xué)校已經(jīng)成為中國農(nóng)村教育半壁江山的宏觀背景下,能否寄宿已逐步在部分農(nóng)村社會(huì)演變?yōu)槁詭Ц＠实馁Y格競賽游戲。事權(quán)的無限擴(kuò)大、財(cái)政經(jīng)費(fèi)和專業(yè)人員的緊缺以至于學(xué)校日常管理從"直接懲戒"走向"間接懲戒"直至"故意無視",進(jìn)而使"隱性輟學(xué)"逐步過渡到"顯性輟學(xué)"的發(fā)生。以"懲戒術(shù)"為核心抓手,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)政府主導(dǎo)推動(dòng)的自上而下分解式留守關(guān)愛體系屢屢受挫。在這套成人世界關(guān)愛體系南轅北轍的持續(xù)性實(shí)踐下,中國西部地區(qū)寄宿制學(xué)校中的留守兒童往往可能越被關(guān)愛卻越陷入規(guī)訓(xùn)和抗?fàn)幍耐纯嘀?以至于需要全面重新反思和檢討如何行之有效地關(guān)愛這群規(guī)模龐大的鄉(xiāng)校學(xué)生們。
[Abstract]:Under the macro background that boarding schools have become half of rural education in China, boarding has gradually evolved into a qualification contest game with a slightly welfare color in some rural society. With the unlimited expansion of administrative power and the shortage of financial funds and professional personnel, the daily management of schools moves from "direct punishment" to "indirect punishment" to "deliberately ignoring", thus making the "recessive drop out" gradually transition to "explicit drop out". With discipline as the core, we can find that the top-down-down care system is frustrated. In the continuous practice of the diametrically opposed adult world care system, children left behind in boarding schools in western China are often more likely to be cared for but more trapped in the pain of discipline and protest. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink and review how to care for this large group of rural students.
