【摘要】：統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化作為統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作開展的思想保證和精神動力,在建設(shè)社會主義文化強國的新形勢下,它具有凝聚共識、匯聚力量、服務(wù)大局、推動發(fā)展等獨特功能,因而,從本質(zhì)上講,它也是一種具有中國特色的政治文化。統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化作為中國先進文化的重要組成部分,其豐富的內(nèi)涵、鮮明的特征、獨特的功能,對于推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,增強國家文化軟實力具有重要作用。在全面深化改革的新時期,統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化是以社會主義核心價值觀為導(dǎo)向的新型政治文化,它為推動統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線健康發(fā)展,貫徹落實習(xí)近平總書記“四個全面”戰(zhàn)略部署,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國夢”,提供了精神動力和智力支持。在這樣的時代語境下,開展對新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的研究,理應(yīng)成為統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)理論界和統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作實踐的題中之義。加強新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)研究,對于豐富和發(fā)展中國特色統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化,營造統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化新常態(tài),具有十分重要的理論和實踐意義。文章除緒論和結(jié)語外,正文分為三個部分。第一部分,新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的依據(jù)�？偨Y(jié)了我國統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化發(fā)展的歷史經(jīng)驗,論述了馬克思主義統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)理論是新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ),中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)思想是新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的文化淵源,分析了新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第二部分,新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、特征和功能。解讀了新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化的內(nèi)涵、特點和功能。第三部分,加強新時期統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的策略。為了實現(xiàn)營造社會主義核心價值觀導(dǎo)向下的我國統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化新常態(tài)的目標,提出了拓寬統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的路徑、更新統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的方法等策略,旨在增強統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)的實效性。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,一是視角新;二是觀點新。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of building a socialist cultural power, the United Front Culture, as a united front, has the unique functions of gathering consensus, gathering strength, serving the overall situation, promoting development and so on. Therefore, in essence, it is also a political culture with Chinese characteristics. The important part of the culture, its rich connotation, distinctive features and unique functions, plays an important role in promoting the great development and prosperity of the socialist culture and strengthening the national cultural soft power. In the new period of deepening the reform, the United Front Culture is a new political culture guided by the socialist core values, which is promoted to promote the development of the culture. The healthy development of the United Front, the implementation of the "four comprehensive" strategic deployment of general secretary Xi Jinping, the "Chinese dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, provide spiritual power and intellectual support. In this context, the study of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period should be the practice of the theoretical and United Front Work of the United Front. The study of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period is of great theoretical and practical significance to enrich and develop the culture of the United Front in the united front and to create a new normal state of the United Front Culture. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the text is divided into three parts. The first part, the basis of the United Front Culture Construction in the new period, summarizes the United Front articles in China. The historical experience of the development of the Marx doctrine is the theoretical basis of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. The United Front Thought in Chinese traditional culture is the cultural origin of the United Front Culture Construction in the new period and the realistic basis for the construction of the United Front Culture in the new period. The second part, the connotation and characteristics of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. The connotation, characteristics and functions of the United Front Culture in the new period are interpreted. The third part is to strengthen the strategy of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. In order to achieve the goal of building the new normal state of the culture of the United Front in China, the path of broadening the cultural construction of the United Front, the content of the cultural construction of the United Front, and the innovation of the United Front culture are put forward. The strategy of United Front culture construction aims at enhancing the effectiveness of United Front culture construction. The innovation of this paper is that one is the new perspective; the two is the new viewpoint.
