【摘要】："文化治疆"是重啟"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"的優(yōu)先和必要的戰(zhàn)略選擇。新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)"建城戍邊"、打造"先進(jìn)文化示范區(qū)",既是這一戰(zhàn)略的有力抓手,也是漫長(zhǎng)"屯墾戍邊"歷史的最終形式。而要盡快建好兵團(tuán)城市(群),就要明確發(fā)展創(chuàng)意城市的目標(biāo),并通過(guò)持續(xù)的改革、創(chuàng)新,完成這些城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、政治、文化制度的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Cultural governance of Xinjiang is the priority and necessary strategic choice for restarting the Silk Road Economic Belt. The Xinjiang Construction Corps "building cities and guarding the border" and creating "advanced cultural demonstration areas" are not only the effective grasp of this strategy, but also the final form of the long history of "opening up land and defending the frontier". In order to build the city of Bingtuan as soon as possible, it is necessary to define the goal of developing creative city, and to complete the construction of economic, social, political and cultural system of these cities through continuous reform and innovation.
