【摘要】：在繼承前制的基礎(chǔ)上,明代科舉磨勘與覆試制度逐漸發(fā)展成熟,在維護(hù)科舉公平、公正方面起了重要作用,但也存在"有制不依"的現(xiàn)象,明末甚至淪為黨爭的工具;究其原因,是因明代封建主義中央集權(quán)制度已經(jīng)發(fā)展到頂峰,制度運行沒有相應(yīng)的制約和監(jiān)督所致。
[Abstract]:On the basis of inheritance system, the system of imperial examination and repeated examination in Ming Dynasty gradually developed and matured, which played an important role in safeguarding the fairness and justice of imperial examination, but there was also the phenomenon of "not following the rules", which even became the tool of the party contention in the late Ming Dynasty. The reason is that the centralization system of feudalism in Ming Dynasty has developed to the peak, and the operation of the system has no corresponding restriction and supervision.
