【摘要】：習(xí)近平對社會主義民主政治理論的新發(fā)展主要體現(xiàn)在:第一,對發(fā)展社會主義民主重大意義的新闡發(fā)。首次將中華民族的偉大復(fù)興、推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化與社會主義民主緊密聯(lián)系起來,并強(qiáng)調(diào)指出堅(jiān)定中國特色社會主義制度自信,首先要堅(jiān)定對中國特色社會主義政治制度的自信。第二,對社會主義民主建設(shè)基本原則的新論析。進(jìn)一步深刻論析了從中國國情出發(fā)堅(jiān)定不移走中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展道路的原則,把堅(jiān)持制度自信和不斷改革創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)一起來的原則,把堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、人民當(dāng)家作主、依法治國有機(jī)統(tǒng)一起來的原則。第三,對社會主義民主本質(zhì)和評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的新思考。首次精辟闡明了人民民主的真諦所在,系統(tǒng)論述了社會主義協(xié)商民主的一系列重要問題,明確完整提出了判斷國家政治制度是否民主有效、人民是否真正享有民主權(quán)利的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's new development of socialist democratic political theory is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, a new interpretation of the great significance of developing socialist democracy. For the first time closely linking the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity with socialist democracy, and stressing that it is necessary to strengthen the confidence of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, First of all, we must strengthen our confidence in the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics. Second, a new analysis of the basic principles of socialist democratic construction. The principle of unswervingly following the road of political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the principle of uniting the adherence to system confidence and constant reform and innovation, and the adherence to the leadership of the Party and the people being the masters of the country are further deeply analyzed. The principle of organically unifying the rule of law. Third, the essence of socialist democracy and the criteria of new thinking. For the first time, it clarifies the true meaning of people's democracy, systematically discusses a series of important issues of socialist consultative democracy, and makes clear and complete proposals to judge whether the national political system is democratic and effective, Whether the people really enjoy democratic rights evaluation criteria.
