【摘要】：臺灣問題一直以來都是我國民主政治生活中的一項重要議題,進年來海峽兩岸關(guān)系繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)出了良好的發(fā)展勢頭,兩岸之間的各項交流渠道也得到了進一步拓寬,兩岸交流的面更為廣泛,交流的層級也更加高端了,然而在這一順應(yīng)時代潮流的和平交流過程中卻始終摻雜著一些不和諧的聲音。2013年6月兩岸兩會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第九次會談在上海舉行并簽署《海峽兩岸服務(wù)貿(mào)易協(xié)議》,這是兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)正�；⒆杂苫挠忠粋�非常重要的里程碑。本來這對于兩岸而言是一份互利雙贏的重要協(xié)議,但是由于民進黨利用部分臺灣地區(qū)學(xué)生和民眾來激烈反對服貿(mào)協(xié)議,使得直至2014年初,這份協(xié)議仍遲遲不能審查通過。服貿(mào)協(xié)議不能得以實施,不僅不利于兩岸經(jīng)濟合作的進一步深化擴大,也不利于臺灣地區(qū)自身的經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展。而于同年發(fā)起,并于2014年9月28日正式啟動的香港“占中事件”里,“臺獨”勢力也趁機借題發(fā)揮,以民進黨為主要力量的“臺獨”勢力借香港“占中”事件來隨意污蔑大陸,大肆鼓吹“今日香港,明日臺灣”或是“今日臺灣,明日香港”等論調(diào),企圖搞亂香港、影響破壞兩岸之間關(guān)系發(fā)展,兩岸關(guān)系前途未知,正是應(yīng)了那句“海峽雖不寬,卻水深莫測”。兩岸關(guān)系本來有了好的開頭,就應(yīng)該繼續(xù)往前深入發(fā)展變化發(fā)展,停滯不進是不符合兩岸人民的根本利益和殷切期盼的。筆者在結(jié)合自身實際體驗和對相關(guān)文獻的查閱調(diào)研后,深覺這些現(xiàn)象發(fā)生的背后都有一個十分重要的原因——那就是“民粹主義”。“民粹主義”無論是對臺灣地區(qū)的政治經(jīng)濟生活還是對海峽兩岸關(guān)系都具有十分重大的影響,它在臺灣地區(qū)政治生態(tài)里始終占據(jù)著一席之的。由于“臺獨”分子的長期誤導(dǎo)、臺灣地區(qū)政治民主化進程中政黨操縱“民粹主義”等因素的影響,部分臺灣地區(qū)民眾長時間的誤會和錯誤理解逐漸積非成是,民粹主義思想理念開始滋生,一些民眾開始逐漸生出了一種虛幻的不切實際的“國家”意識,這一現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)對于臺灣地區(qū)民主政治的正常運作和臺灣地區(qū)建設(shè)健康的政治生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了極為不利的影響。因此研究“民粹主義”在臺灣地區(qū)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策十分具有現(xiàn)實意義。我們對臺政策必須時刻把握臺灣地區(qū)政局的客觀實際,更加清晰深刻的認識“民粹主義”在臺灣地區(qū)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,才能準確的把握臺灣地區(qū)民主政治的發(fā)展進程,在對臺決策上做到更加科學(xué)化,最終幫助臺灣地區(qū)走出民粹主義的迷途,早日實現(xiàn)兩岸和平統(tǒng)一,從而凝聚力量,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢。
[Abstract]:The Taiwan issue has always been an important issue in our country's democratic political life. In the past year, the relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits has continued to show a good momentum of development. The communication channels between the two sides of the Straits have also been further widened, the cross-straits exchange is more extensive and the level of communication is more advanced. However, in this era of adaptation, the cross straits exchange has become more advanced. The peaceful exchange of the tide has always been mixed with some discordant voices in the ninth meeting of the two leaders of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits in June, held in Shanghai and signed the agreement on the service trade between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, which is another very important milestone for the normalization of trade and trade between the two sides of the Straits. This is a mutually beneficial and win-win situation for both sides of the Straits. An important agreement, but because the DPP uses some Taiwan students and people to oppose the trade agreement drastic, the agreement is still delayed until the beginning of 2014. The agreement can not be implemented. It is not conducive to further expansion of economic cooperation between the two sides of the Straits, but also to the economic health of the Taiwan region itself. In the same year, the Hongkong "Taiwan independence", launched in the same year and officially launched in September 28, 2014, took the opportunity to use the "Taiwan independence" force. The "Taiwan independence" force, the main force of the Democratic Progressive Party, was free to smear the mainland by the "occupy Central" event in Hongkong, and preached "today Hongkong, tomorrow Taiwan" or "today Taiwan, Ming Dynasty" Hongkong, Japan, is an attempt to mess up Hongkong, affect the development of relations between the two sides of the Straits, and the future of the cross-straits relations is unknown. It is that the "Straits are not wide, but the depth of water is unpredictable". The relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits should begin with a good beginning and should continue to develop and change in depth, and the stagnation does not conform to the fundamental interests and Yin of the people of both sides. This is a very important reason behind these phenomena - that is, "Populism". "Populism" is of great importance to both the political and economic life in Taiwan and the relationship between the two sides of the Straits. It has always occupied one seat in the political ecology of the Taiwan region. Due to the long-term misguidance of the "Taiwan independence" and the influence of the political party's manipulation of "Populism" in the process of political democratization in Taiwan, the long misunderstandings and misunderstandings of the people in some Taiwan areas have gradually accumulated, and the populist ideology begins. The emergence of some people began to produce an illusory and unrealistic sense of "state". The emergence of this phenomenon had a very negative impact on the normal operation of democratic politics in Taiwan and the healthy political and ecological environment in Taiwan. Therefore, the present situation of the development of "Populism" in the Taiwan region was studied. The problems and countermeasures are of practical significance. We must always grasp the objective reality of the political situation in Taiwan area and understand the present situation of the development of "Populism" in Taiwan region more clearly and deeply, so that we can accurately grasp the development process of the democratic politics in Taiwan and make it more scientific in the decision-making of Taiwan, and finally help the platform. The bay area is out of the stray route of populism and will achieve peaceful reunification on both sides at an early date, so as to consolidate the power and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
