【摘要】：黨的十八屆五中全會立足文明轉(zhuǎn)型期國際社會的復(fù)雜局勢和中國改革開放新時(shí)期所面臨的一系列發(fā)展難題、困境和挑戰(zhàn),審時(shí)度勢,適時(shí)提出了創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的“五大發(fā)展理念”,科學(xué)總結(jié)、有效借鑒、辯證揚(yáng)棄了以往狹隘的西方現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展理念的固有弊端和病癥,堪稱馬克思主義社會發(fā)展理論之最新成果。一方面,“五大發(fā)展理念”立足“美好世界”與“美好生活”的價(jià)值邏輯,著眼發(fā)展理念、發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展實(shí)踐的全面變革與創(chuàng)新,致力于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展與人的全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)在有機(jī)統(tǒng)一;另一方面,“五大發(fā)展理念”本著共生、共在、共享、共榮的宗旨,力圖將人、自然、社會置于一個(gè)真實(shí)的有機(jī)整體的生命共同體中,貢獻(xiàn)了面向未來,具有中國特色、中國氣派、中國風(fēng)格的發(fā)展合理性問題上的“中國方案”�！拔宕蟀l(fā)展理念”彰顯了獨(dú)特的理論魅力和理論品質(zhì),以及中國特色社會主義實(shí)踐的宏偉新局面和卓越新境界,構(gòu)成新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體之治國理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略的思想原點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, based on the complex situation of the international community in the period of civilization transformation and a series of development difficulties, dilemmas and challenges faced by China in the new period of reform and opening up, reviewed the situation and put forward innovation, coordination, green, and openness at the right time.The shared "five development concepts", which are scientifically summed up, effectively used for reference, dialectically sublate the inherent malpractice and illness of the narrow western modern development concept, can be regarded as the latest achievements of Marxist social development theory.On the one hand, based on the value logic of "a better world" and "a good life", the "five development concepts" focus on the overall reform and innovation of the development concept, development model and development practice.Committed to the economic and social development and the overall development of the internal organic unity; on the other hand, the "five development concepts" in the spirit of symbiosis, common presence, sharing, common prosperity, trying to bring people, nature,The society is placed in a real organic whole life community, and has contributed the "Chinese plan" on the question of facing the future, having Chinese characteristic, Chinese style and the development rationality of Chinese style.The "five Great Development Concepts" have demonstrated the unique theoretical charm and theoretical quality, as well as the magnificent new situation and outstanding new realm of socialist practice with Chinese characteristics.Constitute the new leadership of the new concept of governance, new ideas and new ideas of the ideological origin of the new strategy.
