【摘要】：正義是關(guān)乎人類(lèi)社會(huì)生活的永恒話(huà)題,是人們追求幸福生活的理論基礎(chǔ)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),正義問(wèn)題是關(guān)系經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)向前發(fā)展的一個(gè)難題,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)人們自由健康發(fā)展的難題。隨著馬克思思想的產(chǎn)生,尤其是馬克思正義思想的問(wèn)世,為人類(lèi)解決正義問(wèn)題提供了科學(xué)指導(dǎo)。馬克思正義思想不是一蹴而就的,而是在不斷吸收和繼承前人理論的基礎(chǔ)之上經(jīng)過(guò)自身的加工和創(chuàng)新而形成的,是在“取其精華、棄其糟粕”的基礎(chǔ)上形成的。然而,縱觀(guān)多年研究者對(duì)馬克思正義思想的研究我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),其馬克思的正義思想并未得到充分的發(fā)掘和系統(tǒng)的闡述。開(kāi)展對(duì)馬克思正義思想研究,理論上有助于進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展馬克思的正義思想:有助于發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的正義理論。實(shí)踐上有助于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì),有助于早日實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)。本文分四個(gè)部分。首先,闡述本論文在的寫(xiě)作依據(jù)和意義從理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)方面來(lái)展開(kāi)闡述。其次,研究馬克思正義思想的理論淵源和形成過(guò)程,馬克思正義思想是吸收和繼承古希臘哲學(xué)、德國(guó)古典哲學(xué)、英國(guó)古典政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法國(guó)空想社會(huì)主義的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)過(guò)萌發(fā)、發(fā)展最終達(dá)到成熟階段。再次,對(duì)馬克思正義思想的主要內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。馬克思正義思想主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的生產(chǎn)、分配、交換、消費(fèi)四個(gè)領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面爭(zhēng)議研究:政治方面的爭(zhēng)議從自由、平等、民主三個(gè)方面來(lái)展開(kāi)研究;還有對(duì)文化方面正義思想的研究。通過(guò)對(duì)馬克思正義思想的主要內(nèi)容研究展示了其思想所具有的科學(xué)性、革命性、實(shí)踐性、歷史性的特點(diǎn)。最后,在馬克思主要內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上來(lái)展開(kāi)論述馬克思正義思想對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)代的關(guān)照。先從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化三個(gè)方面來(lái)分析現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)存在的非正義問(wèn)題,在我國(guó)現(xiàn)存非正義問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,再結(jié)合馬克思的正義思想,從實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)的視角出發(fā),進(jìn)一步挖掘馬克思正義思想的當(dāng)代價(jià)值,深化對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí),從而為建設(shè)一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)上富強(qiáng)、物質(zhì)上文明、政治上民主、社會(huì)上和諧的新興國(guó)家而努力奮斗。
[Abstract]:Justice is an eternal topic related to human social life and a theoretical basis for people to pursue a happy life.For a long time, the problem of justice is not only a difficult problem related to the development of economy and society, but also a difficult problem to realize people's free and healthy development.With the emergence of Marx's thought, especially the appearance of Marx's justice thought, it provides scientific guidance for mankind to solve the problem of justice.Marx's thought of justice was not accomplished overnight, but formed on the basis of absorbing and inheriting the previous theories through its own processing and innovation, and formed on the basis of "taking its essence and abandoning its dross".However, it is not difficult to find out that Marx's just thought has not been fully explored and systematically expounded.To carry out the research on Marx's justice thought is helpful to enrich and develop Marx's justice thought in theory and to develop the justice theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In practice, it helps to build a harmonious socialist society and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all, this paper expounds the writing basis and significance from the theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly, studying the theoretical origin and forming process of Marx's justice thought, Marx's justice thought is to absorb and inherit the ancient Greek philosophy, the German classical philosophy, the British classical political economy, the French utopian socialism after germination.The development finally reaches the mature stage.Thirdly, the main contents and characteristics of Marx's thought of justice are analyzed.Marx's ideas of justice mainly focus on the economic aspects of production, distribution, exchange and consumption: political disputes are carried out from three aspects: freedom, equality and democracy;There is also the study of the thought of justice in culture.By studying the main contents of Marx's thought of justice, the author shows the scientific, revolutionary, practical and historical characteristics of his thought.Finally, on the basis of Marx's main content, it discusses Marx's thought of justice to our contemporary care.First of all, from the political, economic and cultural aspects of the analysis of the current existence of injustice in China, on the basis of the existing unjust problems in our country, and then combined with Marx's ideas of justice,From the perspective of Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, he further excavated the contemporary value of Marx's thought of justice, deepened his understanding of the law of social development, so as to build a rich and powerful economy, a material civilization and a political democracy.Social harmony in the emerging countries and strive hard.
