【摘要】：醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合健康養(yǎng)老是我國(guó)老齡化事業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,體現(xiàn)著社會(huì)的包容與人文關(guān)懷,是福利政策的積極化轉(zhuǎn)向,代表著發(fā)展型社會(huì)政策觀(guān)在老年服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,但已有研究較少地將醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合健康養(yǎng)老體系的構(gòu)建放置于發(fā)展型社會(huì)政策的理論視野。實(shí)踐運(yùn)作中,醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合健康養(yǎng)老與發(fā)展型社會(huì)政策具有核心理念、服務(wù)對(duì)象、執(zhí)行主體、行動(dòng)目標(biāo)的多重耦合性,并重塑著醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合的服務(wù)形式、受益對(duì)象、服務(wù)內(nèi)容以及服務(wù)主體,帶動(dòng)著老年服務(wù)走向共享與包容,而為了更好地維護(hù)服務(wù)價(jià)值,需要一系列富有發(fā)展主義的改革措施。
[Abstract]:The combination of medical care and support for the aged is the product of the sustained development of aging in China, which embodies the social inclusion and humanistic concern, the positive turn of welfare policy, and the application of the developmental social policy concept in the field of elderly service.However, few studies have put the construction of health pension system in the theoretical field of developmental social policy.In practice, the combination of health care and development social policy has the core concept, service object, executive subject, action goal, and reinvents the service form of health care combination, and benefits the object.Service content and service subject drive the elderly service towards sharing and tolerance. In order to better maintain the service value, a series of developmentalism reform measures are needed.
