【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)列寧共產(chǎn)主義青年團是蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導的、針對青年群體開展工作的社群組織,在蘇聯(lián)政黨-國家"高度集中""高度集權(quán)"的經(jīng)濟政治體制與具有時代特征的青年群體的博弈下,具有國家屬性與社會屬性的雙重面向,成為國家與社會張力的交匯點。在國家屬性下蘇聯(lián)共青團具有著針對青年群體開展政治教育與思想宣傳、向蘇聯(lián)各級黨和國家機構(gòu)組織輸送優(yōu)秀人才資源、參與國家經(jīng)濟社會與軍事建設、協(xié)助蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨完成社會治理任務、促進國際青年交流、頒發(fā)榮譽與獎勵這樣的基本功能,在社會屬性下,蘇聯(lián)共青團研究青年問題、關(guān)注與實現(xiàn)蘇聯(lián)青年群體的利益、豐富青年群體的社會生活和文化活動;并且隨著蘇聯(lián)國家與社會的互動進行了調(diào)適與變革,調(diào)適黨團關(guān)系、調(diào)適工作作風、擴大組織規(guī)模、豐富組織活動,共青團組織也產(chǎn)生了偏離與質(zhì)變,在世界青年聯(lián)歡節(jié)與共青團國際青年旅游局以及蘇聯(lián)共青團與搖滾樂的案例中充分地體現(xiàn)出來。世界青年節(jié)的案例中,世界青年聯(lián)歡節(jié)提供了一個平臺,外國青年帶著西方文化與生活方式與蘇聯(lián)青年進行交流。蘇聯(lián)官方主動要求開放的需求又為青年互動交流打開了大門。在互動中,蘇聯(lián)青年漸漸接受了來自西方的價值觀與生活方式,而蘇聯(lián)官方的控制又加速這樣的過程并且滋生出了 "陽奉陰違"的行為。世界青年聯(lián)歡節(jié)后,蘇聯(lián)官方成立的共青團國際青年旅游局成這樣的機構(gòu)在面對國家的矛盾狀態(tài)以及青年工作的持續(xù)需求時,從國際交流中獲益,獲取利益的欲望也漸漸侵蝕了蘇聯(lián)官方對于國際青年旅游局的控制,而蘇聯(lián)官方加強控制的需求讓它不能夠在互動中將利益最大化。在蘇聯(lián)共青團與搖滾樂的案例中,在面對來自于蘇聯(lián)青年以及國際青年群體搖滾文化的壓力時,蘇聯(lián)黨和國家的壓制并不能夠奏效,反而更加增強了搖滾運動的勢頭,共青團通過調(diào)適自身的方式,自己建立或者吸收源自社會的非官方搖滾樂隊來增強控制。在與搖滾文化互動的過程中,共青團自身也發(fā)生了變化,越來越多的共青團員理解、接受并喜愛上了這樣的文化方式。同時,共青團內(nèi)部存在相當一批領(lǐng)導人,背后支持并資助搖滾樂隊的表演。共青團逐漸異化為給搖滾樂隊提供資助的平臺與工具,成為搖滾群體獲得力量的來源。經(jīng)過調(diào)適與改變,來自于蘇聯(lián)共青團內(nèi)部的力量侵蝕了共青團自身,使得整個組織失效而產(chǎn)生質(zhì)變。最終由于組織內(nèi)部精英階級的利益攫取與非正式組織的組織資源奪取,蘇聯(lián)共青團走向了解散的命運,隨著蘇聯(lián)的解體一起走向崩潰解體。中國共青團改革應當吸取蘇聯(lián)共青團的歷史教訓。
[Abstract]:The Lenin Communist Youth League is a community organization led by the Communist Party of the USSR that works with youth groups. Under the game between the Soviet party-state "highly centralized" and "highly centralized" economic and political system and the youth group with the characteristics of the times, it has the dual orientation of national attribute and social attribute. Under the national attribute, the Communist Youth League of the Soviet Union has the ability to carry out political education and ideological propaganda aimed at youth groups, and to channel outstanding talent resources to the party and state organizations at all levels in the Soviet Union. To participate in the economic, social and military construction of the country, to assist the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in accomplishing its social governance tasks, to promote international youth exchanges, and to issue honors and awards. Under its social attributes, the Communist Youth League of the Soviet Union studied youth issues. Pay attention to and realize the interests of the youth groups in the Soviet Union, enrich the social life and cultural activities of the youth groups, and with the interaction between the Soviet Union and the society, adjust and transform the relations between the party and the leadership, adjust the work style, and expand the organizational scale, Rich organizational activities, the Communist Youth League organizations have also produced deviation and qualitative change, in the World Youth Festival and the International Youth Tourism Board of the Communist Youth League, as well as the Soviet Union Communist Youth League and rock music cases. In the case of the World Youth Day, The World Youth Festival provides a platform for foreign youth to communicate with Soviet youth with Western cultures and lifestyles. The demand for openness from Soviet officials also opens the door for youth interaction. Soviet youth have gradually embraced values and lifestyles from the West, and official Soviet control has accelerated the process and spawned "perverse" behaviour. After the World Youth Festival, The International Youth Tourism Bureau of the Communist Youth League, set up by the Soviet Union, has become such an organization that benefits from international exchanges in the face of the contradictory state of the country and the continuing demand for youth work. The desire for benefits is eroding the Soviet authorities' control of the International Youth Tourism Board, and the Soviet authorities' need for greater control prevents it from maximizing the benefits in its interactions. In the case of the Soviet Communist Youth League and rock music, In the face of the pressure from the youth of the Soviet Union and the international youth group rock culture, the suppression of the Soviet Party and the state could not work. On the contrary, it increased the momentum of the rock movement. The Communist Youth League adjusted its own way. Establish or absorb non-official rock bands from society to enhance control. In the process of interacting with rock culture, the Communist Youth League itself has also changed, and more and more members of the Youth League understand that, Accept and love this cultural style. At the same time, there are quite a number of leaders in the Communist Youth League who support and fund the performances of rock bands. The Youth League gradually dissimilates itself as a platform and tool for providing financial support to rock bands. Become a source of strength for rock groups. Through adjustment and change, forces from within the Soviet Communist Youth League erode the Communist Youth League itself. As a result of the benefit of the elite class within the organization and the seizure of the resources of the informal organization, the Soviet Communist Youth League headed for the fate of disbanding. With the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the reform of the Communist Youth League of China should draw lessons from the history of the Communist Youth League of the Soviet Union.
