【摘要】：居民滿意度是衡量遷村并居項目是否成功的重要指標。本文運用實地調(diào)查與座談、二元Logistic回歸分析等手段與方法,深入分析了山東省齊河縣南北社區(qū)居民對遷村并居的滿意度及其主要影響因素。研究表明,新社區(qū)建設(shè)顯著提高了農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施完善程度,改善了居民的生活居住環(huán)境。居民的總體滿意度水平較高,平均分值達到了8.03;但社區(qū)規(guī)劃功能不足、置換補償標準不合理等降低了居民的滿意程度。受訪者文化程度、家庭長期從事非農(nóng)工作人數(shù)、原有房屋價值、家庭農(nóng)用地面積、合并后家庭生活成本變化、裝修及家具購置支出、購買房屋支出、生活居住傾向等因素對居民滿意度呈顯著影響;總體來看,經(jīng)濟因素仍是影響居民滿意度的重要因素。建議政府今后實施類似項目時,應從政策宣傳、居民參與、規(guī)劃設(shè)計、補償方案、遷后發(fā)展等方面入手統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,提升居民的參與度及滿意度,規(guī)避項目實施風險。
[Abstract]:The satisfaction degree of residents is an important index to measure the success of the project. This paper uses field investigation and discussion, binary Logistic regression analysis and other means and methods. This paper deeply analyzes the satisfaction of the residents of the northern and southern communities in Qihe County, Shandong Province, and its main influencing factors. The research shows that the construction of the new community has significantly improved the improvement of rural infrastructure and public service facilities. The overall satisfaction level of the residents was higher, the average score reached 8.03, but the community planning function was insufficient, the replacement compensation standard was unreasonable, and so on, the satisfaction degree of the residents was reduced. The number of households engaged in non-agricultural work for a long time, the original housing value, the area of family agricultural land, the changes in the cost of living of the family after the merger, the expenditure on decoration and furniture purchase, and the expenditure on the purchase of housing, As a whole, economic factors are still the important factors that affect residents' satisfaction. It is suggested that the government should carry out similar projects from the aspects of policy publicity, residents' participation, planning and design. Compensation scheme, post-relocation development and other aspects of the overall planning, to enhance the participation and satisfaction of residents, avoid project implementation risks.
