【摘要】：美國對(duì)中國在南海相關(guān)動(dòng)向心存疑慮。當(dāng)前,美國新政府南海政策正在成型過程中,有望逐步趨于平衡和理性。特朗普有可能延續(xù)前任處理南海問題的基本立場(chǎng),避免在南海與中國發(fā)生正面沖突。但鑒于其"非建制派"特點(diǎn),未來美南海政策趨勢(shì)仍具不確定性。在行動(dòng)上,美國恐將保持對(duì)南海介入,以多種方式干擾中國南海行動(dòng)。然而,在當(dāng)前南海局勢(shì)降溫、中國與東盟加強(qiáng)合作的背景下,特朗普政府恐難以左右南海局勢(shì)走向。
[Abstract]:The United States has misgivings about China's moves in the South China Sea. At present, the new administration's South China Sea policy is taking shape and is expected to gradually become balanced and rational. Trump is likely to continue his predecessor's basic stance on the South China Sea issue. Avoid a positive conflict with China in the South China Sea. But given its "non-establishment" characteristics, future US policy trends in the South China Sea remain uncertain. In terms of action, the United States is likely to remain involved in the South China Sea. In a variety of ways, however, the Trump administration is unlikely to be able to influence the situation in the South China Sea against a backdrop of cooling conditions and closer cooperation between China and ASEAN.
