【摘要】：基于2010年中國城鄉(xiāng)老年人口狀況追蹤調查,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)僅有不到四分之一的老年人愿意購買意外傷害保險。年齡、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、所處地理區(qū)域、經(jīng)濟狀況、思想意識、遭受意外經(jīng)歷以及其他保險購買狀況是影響老年人購買意外傷害保險意愿的重要因素。但是,身體健康狀況對老年人購買意外傷害保險意愿不存在直接顯著影響,老年人購買意外傷害保險很大程度上是出于家庭責任的考慮。因此,改變傳統(tǒng)的保險和風險觀念,切實關注老年人身體健康是改變意外傷害保險購買現(xiàn)狀的努力方向。
[Abstract]:Based on a survey of the elderly population in urban and rural areas in China in 2010, this paper finds that less than 1/4 elderly people are willing to buy accident injury insurance. Accident experience and other insurance purchase status are the important factors that affect the willingness of the elderly to buy accident injury insurance. However, the health status of the elderly has no direct and significant effect on the willingness of the elderly to buy accident injury insurance. Therefore, changing the traditional concept of insurance and risk and paying close attention to the health of the elderly is the direction to change the status quo of the purchase of accident injury insurance.
