【摘要】：正中國(guó)是個(gè)擁有近14億人口、占世界人口四分之一的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,中國(guó)人權(quán)狀況的保障和發(fā)展受到全世界的關(guān)注,中國(guó)是否建成完善的人權(quán)法律保障體系?中國(guó)公民的基本權(quán)利能否得到保障?中國(guó)人民的人權(quán)意識(shí)是否有了進(jìn)一步的提升?在諸多問(wèn)題面前,傳遞我國(guó)新時(shí)期在推進(jìn)人權(quán)事業(yè)方面的主張和做法成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。被列入"認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)·了解中國(guó)"書(shū)系,由南開(kāi)大學(xué)周恩來(lái)政府管理學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、南開(kāi)大學(xué)人權(quán)研究中心(國(guó)家人權(quán)教育與培訓(xùn)
[Abstract]:China is a developing country with a population of nearly 1.4 billion people and a population of 1/4 in the world. The protection and development of China's human rights situation has attracted worldwide attention. Has China built a perfect human rights legal protection system? Can the basic rights of Chinese citizens be guaranteed? Has the Chinese people raised their awareness of human rights? In the face of many problems, it is imperative to pass on our country's opinions and practices in advancing the cause of human rights in the new era.
