【摘要】：以"一帶一路"國際合作高峰論壇的召開為標志,昭示著該倡議的實施已取得了階段性成果。"一帶一路"倡議形塑兩岸關(guān)系新的亞太經(jīng)濟、政治和安全格局。經(jīng)濟方面,為亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來發(fā)展動力、資金支持和實質(zhì)增長;政治方面,為在亞太政治秩序的變革提供中國方案并塑造新型的亞太政治格局;安全方面,有利于以對話和協(xié)商解決亞太安全難題,并為亞太地區(qū)安全提供公共產(chǎn)品;兩岸關(guān)系方面,對蔡英文當局的對美政策、對日政策以及其大力推動的"新南向政策"帶來重要而深刻影響。"一帶一路"為臺灣經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供機遇,有利于兩岸經(jīng)濟合作,為構(gòu)建"兩岸命運共同體"提供契機。但蔡英文當局拒不承認"九二共識"的兩岸共同政治基礎(chǔ),將損害倡議所產(chǎn)生的各方面紅利。
[Abstract]:"The Belt and Road held" international cooperation forum for the mark, that the implementation of the initiative has achieved initial results. "The Belt and Road" initiative to shape the cross-strait relations in the New Asia Pacific Economic, political and security pattern. The economy, bring development impetus for economic development in the Asia Pacific region, and substantial financial support growth; political aspects, provide Chinese scheme in the Asia Pacific political order change and shape the pattern of the Asia Pacific political model; security, to solve the problem in the Asia Pacific security dialogue and consultation, and provide public products for the Asia Pacific regional security; cross-strait relations, the policy of the Cai Yingwen administration, has important and profound influence on on the policy and vigorously promote the "New South" policy. "The Belt and Road" provides opportunities for the economic development of Taiwan, is conducive to cross-strait economic cooperation, to build a "community of destiny" on both sides but provides an opportunity. The Cai Yingwen authorities refused to recognize the common political basis of the "92 consensus" on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, which would damage the dividends of all aspects of the initiative.
