【摘要】：根治腐敗,需要標本兼治,重在預防,針對公職人員職務犯罪預防教育對預防腐敗,對提高公職人員拒腐、抗腐能力有重大意義和作用,本文結合江夏區(qū)職務犯罪部門的實踐,對當前職務犯罪預防教育的特點、現狀及存在的問題加以分析,并對如何提高職務犯罪預防的效果提出建議。
[Abstract]:To cure corruption, it is necessary to cure both symptoms and root causes, focusing on prevention. In view of the great significance and function of duty crime prevention education for public officials in preventing corruption, improving public officials' ability to resist corruption and anti-corruption, this paper analyzes the characteristics, present situation and existing problems of duty crime prevention education in Jiangxia District, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effect of duty crime prevention.
