【摘要】：公安情報學(xué)作為一門研究如何有效地運(yùn)用信息知識、如何有效地駕馭情報規(guī)律的科學(xué),必然成為融合自然科學(xué)、技術(shù)科學(xué)和社會科學(xué)的綜合性學(xué)科。公安情報學(xué)的理論體系框架結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)有四個組成部分,一是公安情報基礎(chǔ)理論,二是公安情報應(yīng)用理論,三是公安情報管理科學(xué),四是公安情報技術(shù)科學(xué)。這四大模塊組成公安情報學(xué)理論的一個四維結(jié)構(gòu)體系,每一模塊又分為若干個子系統(tǒng),子系統(tǒng)下又包括若干單元或?qū)用?每個單元或?qū)用嬗侄际抢碚擉w系的內(nèi)部要素,是公安情報學(xué)各個知識單元的有機(jī)組合。
[Abstract]:As a science that studies how to use information knowledge effectively and how to control information law effectively, public security information science must become a comprehensive subject that combines natural science, technical science and social science. There should be four components in the framework of the theoretical system of public security information science, one is the basic theory of public security information, the other is the application theory of public security information, the third is the science of public security information management, and the fourth is the science of public security information technology. These four modules constitute a four-dimensional structure system of the theory of public security information science, each module is divided into several subsystems, and the subsystem includes several units or levels, and each unit or layer is the internal element of the theoretical system. It is an organic combination of various knowledge units in information science of public security.
