【摘要】：四川省公安廳于 2 0 0 0年在巴中地區(qū)進行了公路巡警建設試點工作 ,出現(xiàn)了六大顯著變化 :觀念變新 ,機構變精 ,業(yè)務變廣 ,警務變勤 ,隊伍變強 ,機制變活。建立起反應快速 ,集交通管理、治安防范、打擊犯罪、治理公路“三亂·”、救助群眾為一體的公路交通治安管理新機制 ,呈現(xiàn)交通事故下降 ,公路交通安全和治安形勢日趨好轉的良好勢頭。
[Abstract]:In 2000, Sichuan Public Security Bureau carried out the pilot work of highway patrol police construction in Bazhong area. There were six significant changes: the new concept, the refinement of the organization, the expansion of the business, the shift of the police service and the strength of the ranks. The mechanism becomes alive. To establish a new mechanism for the management of highway traffic security that is quick to react, set up traffic management, guard against public security, crack down on crime, control the "three chaos" of highways, and help the masses, and present a drop in traffic accidents. Road traffic safety and public order situation is getting better and better.
