【摘要】：本研究以少管所、工讀學(xué)校和普通中學(xué)的740名青少年為被試,采用回溯調(diào)查的方法考察了青少年違法犯罪的類型、年齡和行為特點(diǎn);通過分析287名少管所青少年成長(zhǎng)歷程中負(fù)向事件的發(fā)生順序,描繪了青少年犯罪的兩條發(fā)展軌跡,探討了青少年走向犯罪的過程中可以轉(zhuǎn)變的契機(jī),為預(yù)防青少年犯罪提供了有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:In this study, 740 teenagers in juvenile schools, work-study schools and general middle schools were selected to investigate the types, ages and behavioral characteristics of juvenile delinquency by retrospective investigation.By analyzing the sequence of negative events in the growth process of 287 juveniles in juvenile detention centers, this paper describes the two development paths of juvenile delinquency, and probes into the opportunities that can be changed in the process of juvenile delinquency.It provides useful enlightenment for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
