【摘要】：建立了毛細(xì)管區(qū)帶電泳(CZE)的在線場放大樣品堆積(FASS)方法。采用含有40%乙烯乙二醇的100 mmol/L磷酸鹽二元緩沖液(pH 2.5),80%異丙醇的0.1 mmol/L磷酸樣品溶液,利用緩沖體系與樣品溶液體系電導(dǎo)率的差異,在毛細(xì)管中濃縮樣品組分,對苯丙胺、甲基苯丙胺、亞甲基二氧基苯丙胺(MDA)、亞甲基二氧基甲基苯丙胺(MDMA)4種毒品進(jìn)行了分離和定量測定,檢測的靈敏度提高約1000倍。對于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品的檢出限可達(dá)到0.06μg/L。當(dāng)樣品濃度高于5μg/L時,分析的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差在10%范圍之內(nèi);用該方法對添加毒品的毛發(fā)進(jìn)行了提取和測定,可檢測到的添加濃度為1μg/g毛發(fā)。該方法可用于生物檢材中苯丙胺類毒品的檢測。
[Abstract]:An on-line FASS method for capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was developed.A #number0# mmol/L phosphate binary buffer solution containing 40% ethylene glycol, pH 2.5 and 80% isopropanol, was used to prepare the 0.1 mmol/L phosphoric acid sample solution. By using the difference of electrical conductivity between the buffer system and the sample solution system, the sample component was concentrated in the capillary.Four drugs, methamphetamine, methylene dioxy amphetamine (MDAA) and methylene dioxy methamphetamine (MDMA), were separated and quantitatively determined. The sensitivity of detection was increased by about 1000 times.The detection limit of the standard product is 0.06 渭 g / L.When the concentration of the sample is higher than 5 渭 g / L, the relative standard deviation of the analysis is within 10%, and the hair added with drugs is extracted and determined by this method. The detected concentration of the added hair is 1 渭 g / g hair.The method can be used for the detection of amphetamines in biological samples.
