【摘要】： 計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪是一種新型的犯罪類型,本文對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪的犯罪學(xué)分析主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:其一,計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪的現(xiàn)狀,主要闡述了計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪具有普遍性、社會(huì)危害具有特殊性。其二,計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪的特征,主要論述了犯罪主體智能化;犯罪方法技術(shù)化;犯罪過程虛擬化;侵犯客體多樣化,犯罪結(jié)果擴(kuò)大化,社會(huì)危害嚴(yán)重化,犯罪黑數(shù)高值化。其三,計(jì)算機(jī)犯罪的分類、原因及對(duì)策。
