【摘要】：青少年犯罪一直是世界各國所共同的一個嚴重的社會問題,這不僅影響到青少年自己、家庭,而且也影響到整個國家乃至整個民族。如今“未成年人犯罪”在世界范圍內已被列為吸毒販毒、環(huán)境污染之后的第三大公害。因此對青少年犯罪的成因的分析對我們更好地預防青少年犯罪有著重要的意義。 據(jù)中國青少年研究中心的統(tǒng)計顯示,我國青少年犯罪在經(jīng)歷了1995年、1996年的低潮期后,近年來再次呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。那么,究竟是什么原因使這些孩子的心理受到影響,最終競選擇了犯罪的道路呢?引起青少年犯罪的原因有很多,引起青少年犯罪心理的形成的因素也有很多。有關這方面的研究,我國起步較晚,因此借鑒國外學者的一些相關研究理論對于我們形成系統(tǒng)的研究有重要的意義。 青少年犯罪心理是由青少年時期生理、心理發(fā)展及社會化過程中的各種矛盾引起的。從年齡、生理發(fā)育和心理發(fā)展方面來看,青少年時期是從兒童向成人過渡的時期,處在這個年齡階段的青少年生理上發(fā)生了急劇而顯著的變化,而其心理水平的提高相對緩慢,缺乏合理調節(jié)和支配自己活動的能力,在認識與情感、認識與行為、情感與意志行為、獨立性意向與認識能力之間以及自我意識內部各成分之間存在著矛盾。有關解釋少年犯罪心理形成的原因的理論觀點很多,從心理學觀點看國內外都有一些比較重要理論。 青少年是一個特殊的社會群體,說他們特殊是因為青少年正處于由未成年到成年轉化過渡期,他們的思想行為已由幼年的依賴心理變得相對獨立、成熟。但是青少年畢竟缺乏社會經(jīng)驗,正處于心理上的“斷乳期”,此時,他們的抽象邏輯思維高度發(fā)展,情感生活豐富熱烈,自我意識迅速發(fā)展,模仿、
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has always been a serious social problem common to all countries in the world, which not only affects the young people themselves, but also their families. And it also affects the whole country and even the whole nation. Nowadays, "juvenile delinquency" has been classified as drug abuse and drug trafficking worldwide. Therefore, the analysis of the causes of juvenile delinquency is of great significance for us to prevent juvenile delinquency better. According to statistics from the China Youth Research Center, after going through the low period of 1995 and 1996, juvenile delinquency in our country has again shown an upward trend in recent years. So, what causes these children's psychology to be affected? Did you finally choose the path of crime? There are many reasons for juvenile delinquency, and there are also many factors that cause the formation of juvenile delinquency psychology. The research on this aspect has started relatively late in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to study systemically by using some relevant theories of foreign scholars for reference. Juvenile delinquency psychology is caused by various contradictions in the process of physiology, psychological development and socialization during adolescence. Young people at this age stage have undergone sharp and significant changes in their physiology, and their psychological level has improved relatively slowly, lacking the ability to regulate and control their own activities reasonably, in terms of cognition and emotion, cognition and behavior, There are contradictions between emotion and will behavior, independent intention and cognitive ability, as well as between various components of self-consciousness. There are many theoretical views on the reasons for the formation of juvenile delinquency psychology. From the psychological point of view, there are some more important theories at home and abroad. Adolescents are a special social group, saying that they are special because they are in a transition from underage to adulthood, and their thinking and behavior have become relatively independent from their infancy to dependence.
