當(dāng)代可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理研究

【摘要】:本文的核心問(wèn)題是研究當(dāng)代可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理。之所以進(jìn)行本論題研究,一方面是因?yàn)楫?dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式導(dǎo)致了人類生存危機(jī),另一方面,當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)還沒(méi)有形成統(tǒng)一的倫理法則。本文試圖確立一條不同于傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)倫理法則的新的可持續(xù)生存法則,作為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)的基本法則,進(jìn)而進(jìn)一步建構(gòu)當(dāng)代以可持續(xù)生存為核心的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理秩序。圍繞這一主題,本文從當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的可持續(xù)生存論前提、對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則的批判、可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理的初步建構(gòu),以及可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理在當(dāng)代的實(shí)踐策略等方面展開(kāi)了研究。當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的前提——可持續(xù)生存論前提。經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理是一種在人類經(jīng)濟(jì)行為中所持有的價(jià)值觀?沙掷m(xù)生存價(jià)值是當(dāng)代人類的最高價(jià)值,因此,經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理也應(yīng)該服從這一最高價(jià)值追求,把可持續(xù)生存價(jià)值作為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理問(wèn)題研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。從可持續(xù)生存論的視角看,經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理應(yīng)該突破傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值觀,立足于全球經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的生存和諧問(wèn)題,探索經(jīng)濟(jì)行為中生存與反生存的悖論,最終形成人類可持續(xù)生存的倫理保障。可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)基本價(jià)值理念的一次超越。本文通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)倫理法則的分析和批判,為建構(gòu)當(dāng)代可持續(xù)生存法則提供理論鋪墊。傳統(tǒng)的功利主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則和理性主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則都存在著各自的弊端。功利主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則過(guò)多注重從物質(zhì)利益的條件出發(fā),因而不能使倫理法則成為具有必然性的經(jīng)濟(jì)行為法則。理性主義經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則過(guò)多注重抽象人性論分析,因而很難把普遍的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理法則落實(shí)在經(jīng)驗(yàn)實(shí)踐之中。本文立足于當(dāng)代人類可持續(xù)生存問(wèn)題,分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理應(yīng)該回應(yīng)的基本問(wèn)題,結(jié)合當(dāng)代人類生存危機(jī)和資本邏輯的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,分析經(jīng)濟(jì)自由、經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利平等和經(jīng)濟(jì)分配正義這三個(gè)基本問(wèn)題,從而得出如下結(jié)論:三個(gè)問(wèn)題的研究都要以人類可持續(xù)生存作為最高的價(jià)值原則,這就形成了可持續(xù)生存的經(jīng)濟(jì)自由、可持續(xù)生存的經(jīng)濟(jì)權(quán)利平等、可持續(xù)生存的經(jīng)濟(jì)分配正義三個(gè)基本問(wèn)題?沙掷m(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理是在馬克思的歷史唯物主義的基本原理基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)代人類生存危機(jī)的現(xiàn)實(shí)提出來(lái)的。因此,可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理是對(duì)歷史唯物主義在經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)中的拓展性應(yīng)用。站在歷史唯物主義的視角看,資本邏輯是當(dāng)代人類生存危機(jī)的總根源,因此當(dāng)代的歷史唯物主義對(duì)資本主義的批判獲得了生存論內(nèi)涵。馬克思的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判中蘊(yùn)含著經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)的可持續(xù)生存法則,結(jié)合馬克思的剩余價(jià)值學(xué)說(shuō)和馬克思對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,闡明其中包含的可持續(xù)生存的價(jià)值預(yù)設(shè)。當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式是導(dǎo)致人類生存危機(jī)的直接根源。傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)探討的基本問(wèn)題是在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中所發(fā)生的人與人之間的倫理關(guān)系問(wèn)題,它把人與自然之間的關(guān)系排除在倫理學(xué)之外。從當(dāng)代人類生存危機(jī)的角度看,不利于捍衛(wèi)人類可持續(xù)性生存和發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。因此,當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)應(yīng)該把可持續(xù)生存法則確立為經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理的最高法則,一切行為都要以不違背共同體的可持續(xù)生存為最高原則,即建構(gòu)可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理,經(jīng)濟(jì)自由、權(quán)利平等和分配正義都應(yīng)被置于可持續(xù)生存這一倫理法則之下才是有意義的。這是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)的突破。可持續(xù)生存法則下的經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理落實(shí)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中的過(guò)程是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The core issue of this paper is to study the economic ethics under the contemporary law of sustainable survival. The reason for this study is that the contemporary economic growth mode has led to the crisis of human survival, on the other hand, contemporary economic ethics has not yet formed a unified ethical law. This paper attempts to establish a different from the traditional economic ethics. As the basic law of contemporary economic ethics, the new sustainable survival law of the ethical law of science will further construct the contemporary economic ethical order with the core of sustainable survival. Around this theme, this paper will criticize the traditional economic ethical law from the premise of the sustainable existence theory that the contemporary economic ethical problems have produced. The preliminary construction of economic ethics under the law of existence and the contemporary practical strategies of economic ethics under the law of sustainable survival have been studied. It is the highest value of contemporary mankind, therefore, economic ethics should also be subordinate to this highest value pursuit, and regard sustainable survival value as the starting point of the study of contemporary economic ethics. The paradox of survival and anti-survival in economic behavior eventually forms the ethical guarantee of human sustainable survival. Economic Ethics under the sustainable survival law is a transcendence of the basic value concept of traditional economic ethics. This paper analyzes and criticizes the ethical principles of traditional economic ethics, and provides a basis for the construction of contemporary sustainable survival law. The traditional utilitarian economic ethics and rationalist economic ethics have their own drawbacks. The utilitarian economic ethics pays too much attention to the conditions of material interests, so it can not make the ethics become the inevitability of economic behavior. The rationalist economic ethics pays too much attention to the rules. The abstract theory of human nature makes it difficult to put the universal economic ethics into practice. Based on the problem of sustainable human existence, this paper analyzes the basic problems that economic ethics should respond to, and analyzes economic freedom, equality of economic rights and economy in the light of the crisis of human existence and the realistic predicament of capital logic. The three basic problems of distributive justice are concluded as follows: the study of the three problems should take the sustainable survival of human beings as the highest value principle, which forms three basic problems: the economic freedom for sustainable survival, the equality of economic rights for sustainable survival, and the economic distributive justice for sustainable survival. The Economic Ethics under the principle of Marx's historical materialism is put forward on the basis of the basic principle of Marx's historical materialism and the reality of contemporary human survival crisis.Therefore, the economic ethics under the principle of sustainable survival is an expanding application of historical materialism in economic ethics.From the perspective of historical materialism, capital logic is contemporary. Marx's critique of political economy contains the law of sustainable existence of economic ethics. Combining Marx's theory of surplus value with Marx's analysis of economic structure, this paper expounds the sustainability contained in it. The contemporary mode of economic growth is the direct source of the crisis of human existence. The basic problem discussed by traditional economic ethics is the ethical relationship between human beings in economic activities, which excludes the relationship between human beings and nature from ethics. Therefore, contemporary economic ethics should establish the law of sustainable survival as the supreme law of economic ethics, and all actions should be based on the supreme principle of non-violating the community's sustainable survival, that is, to construct economic ethics, economic freedom and rights under the law of sustainable survival. Equality and distributive justice should be placed under the ethical principle of sustainable existence, which is a breakthrough in traditional economic ethics.
