【摘要】：道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概念目前最為人所熟識(shí)的,主要是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)上的定義,指代理人利用信息不對(duì)稱優(yōu)勢(shì)為自身尋求利益最大化而導(dǎo)致的損害委托人利益的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在倫理學(xué)視野下,道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概念有著不同于經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)上的內(nèi)涵與外延。廣義上,只要跟道德有根本聯(lián)系的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)都屬于我們講的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn),它包括社會(huì)帶給道德的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及道德帶給社會(huì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。狹義上的道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要包括三個(gè)方面,即道德原則和規(guī)范發(fā)揮作用不確定導(dǎo)致的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、個(gè)體道德表達(dá)不確定導(dǎo)致的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)發(fā)展變化給道德帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。三種狹義上的定義構(gòu)成了道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的三個(gè)基本向度。此外,道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)還有其他非概念意義上的表述,它們只是"道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)"在詞語(yǔ)上的一般表達(dá)與陳述,并不屬于道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概念的外延。
[Abstract]:At present, the concept of moral hazard is most familiar to people, mainly in the definition of economics, which refers to the risk that the agent uses the advantage of asymmetric information to maximize the interests of his clients. In the view of ethics, the concept of moral hazard is different from the connotation and extension of economics. In a broad sense, as long as there is a fundamental link with the moral hazard, it belongs to the moral hazard, which includes the social moral hazard and the moral risk to the society. The moral hazard in the narrow sense mainly includes three aspects, namely, the risk caused by the uncertainty of the function of moral principles and norms, the risk caused by the uncertainty of individual moral expression, and the risk brought by the change of social development. Three narrow definitions constitute the three basic dimensions of moral hazard. In addition, there are other non-conceptual expressions of moral hazard, which are just general expressions and statements of "moral hazard" in words and expressions, and do not belong to the extension of the concept of moral hazard.
