【摘要】：從道德、理念角度看待公平是表象的,近代以降的公平問題濫觴于商品生產和交換,根源于制度化的"勞動—工資,資本—利潤,土地—地租"的生產—分配形式,它創(chuàng)造了財富,也引起了差別,從而產生了公平問題存在的條件。我們曾用計劃經濟體制解決生產—分配問題,結果既無效率又無公平,市場經濟體制的選擇解決了效率問題,又遇到公平問題。倒退沒有出路,現(xiàn)狀也不能接受,正確的選擇是揚棄,即堅持市場經濟制度以發(fā)展生產力,選擇政治、法律制度改革以解決市場制度本身不能解決的公平問題,做好歷史允許我們做的事情,把中國的現(xiàn)代化進程推向前進而非倒退和混亂。
[Abstract]:It is apparent from the angle of morality and idea that the problem of equity in modern times originated in the production and exchange of goods, and originated in the production-distribution form of systematization of "labor-wage, capital-profit, land-land rent". It creates wealth and creates differences, thus creating conditions for the existence of equity problems. We used the planned economic system to solve the production-distribution problem, the result is neither efficient nor fair. The choice of market economy system solves the problem of efficiency and meets the problem of fairness. There is no way out for retrogression, nor is the status quo acceptable. The correct choice is to sublate, that is, to persist in the market economy system in order to develop productive forces, to choose politics, and to reform the legal system in order to solve the equity problems that the market system itself cannot solve. Do what history allows us to do, push China's modernization process forward rather than backward and chaos.
