論道德異化——兼評功利主義與偏愛性關(guān)系的沖突

【摘要】:基于偏愛性關(guān)系,功利主義的批評者認(rèn)為,功利主義所主張的非個人性導(dǎo)致了主體的道德異化。但這種批評是不恰當(dāng)?shù)。事?shí)上,道德本質(zhì)上是非個人的,且對于主體而言,道德的非個人特征也是必要的和重要的,但功利主義卻對主體施加了不合理的道德約束和限制,一個合理的道德理論需要在個人觀點(diǎn)與非個人觀點(diǎn)之間保持一種恰當(dāng)?shù)钠胶狻?br/>[Abstract]:Based on the preference relationship, the critics of utilitarianism argue that the non-individual nature advocated by utilitarianism leads to the moral alienation of the subject. But such criticism is inappropriate. As a matter of fact, morality is essentially non-personal, and the impersonal character of morality is necessary and important to the subject, but utilitarianism imposes unreasonable moral constraints and restrictions on the subject. A reasonable moral theory requires a proper balance between personal and impersonal views.
