常人道德的尺度

【摘要】:每一個人即便是出于對自身長遠(yuǎn)和整體利益的考量,也都不應(yīng)做不遵守道德規(guī)范的小人。但不做小人并不自然意味著必須去做圣人。我們的社會總體上說是由常人組成的。平常之人是享有權(quán)利和履行義務(wù)的主體,為了保護(hù)自身權(quán)益而懂得必須履行維護(hù)他人權(quán)益的義務(wù),這說明常人知曉守法尚德對于自己的益處。平常之人并不認(rèn)為道德僅僅是與善惡的選擇相關(guān),而是把社會理解為平等成員的共同體,其中人們依據(jù)契約關(guān)系在權(quán)利與義務(wù)之間相互掣肘、交互制約。這樣,平常之人所理解的道德就是一種合宜恰適的尺度,其行為基準(zhǔn)既不應(yīng)低于這一尺度也無須高于這一尺度。這便是一種平淡常態(tài)的生活,對于當(dāng)事人而言,這種生活由于不必向圣人看齊而過得了,由于不會墮落成小人而值得一過。
[Abstract]:Everyone, even for their own long-term and overall interests, should not be a disobedient villain. But not being a villain does not naturally mean being a saint. Our society as a whole is made up of ordinary people. Ordinary people are the subjects who enjoy rights and fulfill their obligations. In order to protect their own rights and interests, they understand that they must fulfill their obligations to protect the rights and interests of others, which shows that ordinary people know the benefits of law-abiding Shang Tak for themselves. Ordinary people do not think that morality is only related to the choice of good and evil, but to understand society as a community of equal members, in which people according to the contractual relationship between rights and obligations mutual constraints and mutual constraints. In this way, the morality that ordinary people understand is a kind of appropriate measure, its behavior standard should be neither lower nor higher than this scale. This is an ordinary life, which is worth living for a person without having to look like a saint, because he will not degenerate into a villain.
