【摘要】：政治治理應(yīng)該基于良心,而非利益或原則。原則政治因?yàn)槠淦毡橹髁x傾向而不現(xiàn)實(shí),民主政制為利益所主導(dǎo),唯利是圖,也不是優(yōu)良政制。唯有良心政治可謂優(yōu)良。良心政治的關(guān)鍵在于明辨政治事務(wù)之是非,在明辨是非的基礎(chǔ)上平衡政治博弈各方(通常體現(xiàn)為相對(duì)變動(dòng)的多數(shù)和少數(shù))的利益。這需要有一個(gè)獨(dú)立、自主、自由、自足、高貴、穩(wěn)定,擁有良心、良品和良能,有社會(huì)責(zé)任感和正義感,擁有政治智慧和經(jīng)驗(yàn),不畏強(qiáng)權(quán),不被利欲熏心,不隨波逐流,也無(wú)須諂媚大眾,僅憑自己的良心和良知來(lái)判斷政治事務(wù)之是非的政治人群體在政治生活中發(fā)揮作用,有時(shí)是舉足輕重的作用。
[Abstract]:Political governance should be based on conscience, not on interests or principles. It is not a good political system. Only the politics of conscience is good. The key of conscience politics is to discern the right and wrong of political affairs. Balance the interests of all parties in a political game (usually reflected in a relatively variable majority and minority) on the basis of a clear distinction of right and wrong. This requires an independence, autonomy, freedom, self-sufficiency, nobility, stability, and conscience. Good products and abilities have a sense of social responsibility and justice, have political wisdom and experience, do not fear power, are not motivated by profit, do not follow the tide, and do not need to flatter the public. Political groups that judge political affairs by their own conscience and conscience sometimes play an important role in political life.
