【摘要】：當(dāng)前,村干部腐敗成為農(nóng)村基層腐敗的重災(zāi)區(qū)。村干部腐敗是最具離心力的腐敗,其損害的是群眾的切身利益,揮霍的是群眾對黨的信任,啃食的是群眾的獲得感,由此造成干群關(guān)系緊張,危害黨在農(nóng)村的執(zhí)政根基。對村干部的腐敗行為必須采取有力措施加以遏制。遏制村干部腐敗,需要多策并舉,建立和完善村干部"不敢腐"的懲治機(jī)制、"不易腐"的責(zé)任機(jī)制、"不能腐"的監(jiān)督機(jī)制和"不愿腐"的預(yù)防機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, the village cadre corruption becomes the rural grass-roots corruption the heavy disaster area. The corruption of village cadres is the most centrifugal corruption, which damages the vital interests of the masses, profligate the trust of the masses to the party, and nibbles on the masses' sense of obtaining, thus causing tension between the cadres and the masses and endangering the ruling foundation of the party in the countryside. The corruption of village cadres must be contained by effective measures. To curb the corruption of village cadres, it is necessary to carry out many measures at the same time, and establish and perfect the punishment mechanism, the responsibility mechanism of "not perishable", the supervision mechanism of "not perishable" and the prevention mechanism of "not willing to corrupt" of village cadres.
