【摘要】：正圍繞"全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面深化改革、全面依法治國(guó)、全面從嚴(yán)治黨"戰(zhàn)略布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化,關(guān)鍵在黨,關(guān)鍵在人。"用一賢人,則群賢畢至。"選人用人是導(dǎo)向,是標(biāo)桿,是旗幟。干部選拔任用科學(xué)化、制度化關(guān)鍵是要構(gòu)建"對(duì)且好"的閉環(huán)反饋機(jī)制。
