【摘要】：企業(yè)黨組織在和諧勞動關(guān)系的創(chuàng)建中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,能夠促進員工積極參與民主管理,并協(xié)調(diào)多方關(guān)系,積極預(yù)防和處理勞動爭議;同時又發(fā)揮著凝心聚力和政治引導的作用。全面發(fā)揮企業(yè)黨組織對和諧勞動關(guān)系的作用,黨組織要建立健全齊抓共創(chuàng)、多方聯(lián)動的協(xié)調(diào)體制,不斷改善工作作風,加大關(guān)心幫扶力度,深入開展企業(yè)和諧勞動關(guān)系實踐活動。
[Abstract]:The enterprise party organization plays an irreplaceable role in the establishment of harmonious labor relations, which can promote the employees to participate in democratic management actively, coordinate the multi-party relations, and actively prevent and deal with labor disputes. At the same time, it also plays the role of cohesion and political guidance. To give full play to the role of enterprise party organizations in harmonious labor relations, the party organizations should establish and improve a coordinated system of joint efforts and joint efforts, constantly improve their work style, and increase their care and support.
