【摘要】：本文通過對土地革命時(shí)期江西吉安的兩個(gè)根據(jù)地的組織形態(tài)的細(xì)致對比,提出了對"地方干部"和"外地干部"這對重要范疇在中共早期黨史研究中的內(nèi)涵的重新認(rèn)識。首先,地方干部與外地干部既是動(dòng)態(tài)的、相對的、可轉(zhuǎn)換的,又是相互為用的。其次,外地干部作為個(gè)體與作為群體出現(xiàn)時(shí)具有重要差別。再次,地方干部所創(chuàng)造的紅色武裝及其根據(jù)地的內(nèi)聚力的差異是由一系列復(fù)雜的因素交互作用形成的。最后,地方武裝和根據(jù)地在組織形態(tài)上的差異不僅僅取決于內(nèi)聚力本身,還取決于與上級黨組織與外部軍事力量復(fù)雜的互動(dòng)。地方干部的這些復(fù)雜性遠(yuǎn)非"地方精英"范式或"地方主義"話語可以概括。
[Abstract]:Based on a detailed comparison of the organizational forms of the two base areas in Ji'an, Jiangxi Province during the Agrarian Revolution, this paper puts forward a new understanding of the connotation of "local cadres" and "non-local cadres" in the study of the early history of the Communist Party of China. First, local and field cadres are dynamic, relative, transferable, and mutually useful. Secondly, there are important differences between field cadres as individuals and as groups. Thirdly, the difference of cohesion between local cadres and their base areas is formed by a series of complex factors. Finally, the difference between local armed forces and base areas in organizational form depends not only on cohesion itself, but also on the complex interaction with higher party organizations and external military forces. The complexity of the local cadres is far from the "local elite" paradigm or the "localism" discourse.
