【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來(lái),我國(guó)政治生活步入從嚴(yán)治黨、重拳反腐、純潔生態(tài)的政治新常態(tài)。在這一新常態(tài)下,官員保持從政安全、累積晉升資源的政治邏輯正在發(fā)生重大變革——"權(quán)力運(yùn)行不問(wèn)法理"的"結(jié)果導(dǎo)向"型傳統(tǒng)政績(jī)觀最終將必然會(huì)被"綜合政績(jī)""程序正義"并重的"過(guò)程導(dǎo)向"型新政績(jī)觀取而代之。換句話說(shuō),政治新常態(tài)下的"好干部"既要
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's political life has entered the new normal of strict administration of the Party, heavy fist against corruption and pure ecology. In this new normal, officials remain safe in politics. The political logic of accumulating resources for promotion is undergoing a major change--The "result-oriented" traditional view of political achievement of "power operation does not question legal theory" will inevitably be "process guidance" with equal emphasis on "comprehensive achievements" and "procedural justice" in the end.
