【摘要】：民主測評制度在具體操作實(shí)施過程中,由于主客觀條件的影響,"眾論不公"的情況時有發(fā)生。有必要全面分析影響民主測評實(shí)效性的主要因素,并提出切實(shí)有效的應(yīng)對措施。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of subjective and objective conditions, the phenomenon of "mass theory injustice" occurs from time to time in the concrete operation of democratic evaluation system. It is necessary to analyze the main factors affecting the effectiveness of democratic evaluation and put forward practical and effective countermeasures.
