【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書記多次強(qiáng)調(diào),要堅(jiān)持"三個(gè)區(qū)分開來(lái)","三個(gè)區(qū)分開來(lái)"清楚地劃分了容錯(cuò)機(jī)制的適用范圍,明確了哪些錯(cuò)誤和失誤是可以納入容錯(cuò)機(jī)制的,哪些錯(cuò)誤和失誤是要接受處罰的。因此,正確把握習(xí)近平總書記提出的"三個(gè)區(qū)分開來(lái)"具有重要意義,這是容錯(cuò)糾錯(cuò)理論發(fā)展的新階段,是黨建理論的新突破,是全面深化改革的重大創(chuàng)新。
