【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)是我國政權(quán)組織體系中最基層的地方政府機(jī)關(guān)，是黨在農(nóng)村的基層組織，是落實黨在農(nóng)村的各項方針政策的最基本單位。從重要性方面來說，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部是黨在農(nóng)村各項政策、方針的直接執(zhí)行者，是鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)各項事業(yè)的骨干力量。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部身處基層，發(fā)揮著直接面對群眾、直接聯(lián)系群眾、直接服務(wù)群眾的重要作用，是黨和政府密切聯(lián)系群眾的主體；其作風(fēng)優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系著黨在廣大人民群眾眼里的形象和表率，關(guān)系著黨的基層執(zhí)政能力的鞏固，關(guān)系著黨在基層執(zhí)政水平的提高，能影響和帶動良好的政風(fēng)、民風(fēng)。因此，加強(qiáng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)意義重大。 本文從鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)的背景和意義出發(fā)，分析鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的作風(fēng)問題，并做了問卷調(diào)查研究，對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出來的五個內(nèi)容：思想作風(fēng)，工作作風(fēng)，學(xué)風(fēng)，生活作風(fēng)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風(fēng)進(jìn)行研究分析，闡述它們的重要性，再者，對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)的問題和原因進(jìn)行研究分析，集中分析思想作風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、工作作風(fēng)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風(fēng)，生活作風(fēng)方面出現(xiàn)問題的原因，并運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料，，結(jié)合調(diào)查分析，整理出當(dāng)前鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)建設(shè)需要改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)的措施和對策。
[Abstract]:The township is the most grass-roots local government organ in the system of political power in our country. It is the basic organization of the party in the countryside and the basic unit to implement the policy of the party in the countryside. In terms of importance, the township leading cadres are the direct executors of the party's policies and policies in the rural areas, and the backbone of the villages and towns. Leading cadres are in the grass-roots level, playing the important role of direct contact with the masses, direct contact with the masses and direct service to the masses. It is the main body of the party and the government to close the masses. Their style and pros have a direct bearing on the image and representation of the party in the eyes of the masses, and the consolidation of the party's grass-roots ruling ability and the party's implementation at the grass-roots level. The improvement of political level can influence and drive good political conduct and customs. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the work style of leading cadres in villages and towns.
