【摘要】：領導既是科學也是藝術,領導風格的延續(xù)或轉變對政策有效執(zhí)行會帶來重大影響。領導風格的延續(xù)、轉變與重塑又受到干部人事制度變遷的制約與引導。從委任制到考任制的干部人事制度的階段性演進,需要領導風格在延續(xù)原有領導作風要求的基礎上進行再轉變與再塑造。只有這樣,才能在新的社會治理條件下,促進黨的領導和國家治理能力的整體提高。
[Abstract]:Leadership is both science and art, and the continuation or transformation of leadership style will have a significant impact on the effective implementation of policies. The continuation of leadership style, transformation and remoulding are restricted and guided by the change of cadre personnel system. The gradual evolution of the cadre personnel system from the appointment system to the examination system requires the leadership style to be re-transformed and remolded on the basis of the continuation of the requirements of the original style of leadership. Only in this way, can we promote the overall improvement of the Party's leadership and national governance ability under the new social governance conditions.
