【摘要】：華北人民革命大學是中共中央華北局于1949年2月開辦的短期干部培訓學校,至1953年1月方退出歷史舞臺。它不僅將大量的國統(tǒng)區(qū)知識分子、青年學生等人員經(jīng)由思想改造轉化為中共革命干部,而且探索出一套較為成熟的馬列主義教學經(jīng)驗,受到毛澤東的肯定和推廣,被譽為"革命熔爐"。該校的馬列主義教學經(jīng)驗由一系列簡易理論課程和理論學習、民主評卷、思想總結等教學環(huán)節(jié)構成,本質上是一種組織認同的生產(chǎn)機制,為中國共產(chǎn)黨探索新中國高校的馬列主義理論教育提供了重要經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The North China people's Revolutionary University is a short-term cadre training school set up in February 1949 by the North China Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. It will not withdraw from the historical stage until January 1953. It will not only bring a large number of intellectuals in the state-controlled areas. Through ideological transformation, young students and other personnel turned into revolutionary cadres of the Communist Party of China, and explored a set of relatively mature Marxism-Leninism teaching experience, which was affirmed and popularized by Mao Zedong. The teaching experience of Marxism-Leninism in the school is composed of a series of simple theoretical courses and theoretical learning, democratic evaluation, ideological summary and other teaching links. In essence, it is a production mechanism of organizational identity. It provides important experience for the Communist Party of China to explore the Marxism-Leninism theory education in the new Chinese universities.
