【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,越來越多的"90后"年輕干部到基層工作。面對所謂的"新生代",要從以下幾個(gè)方面入手,為他們搭建科學(xué)成長平臺。轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,打造能吃苦、不畏難的"新新一代"。要以經(jīng)常性地開展黨性教育、舉辦基層年輕干部培訓(xùn)班和組織年輕干部座談會等方式,了解他們的心理變化,傾聽他們的內(nèi)心訴求,引導(dǎo)他們樹立正確的基層群眾觀,培養(yǎng)吃苦耐勞精神,展現(xiàn)新時(shí)期年輕人的韌勁。創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境,避免"90后"基層干部成為被社會質(zhì)疑的群體。要通過宣傳"90后"基層干部先進(jìn)典型、加強(qiáng)
[Abstract]:At present, more and more "post-90s" young cadres are working at the grass-roots level. In the face of the so-called "new generation," we should start with the following aspects to set up a scientific platform for their growth and change their ideas. We should build a "new generation" capable of suffering hardships and not fearing difficulties. We should constantly carry out party spirit education, hold training courses for young cadres at the grass-roots level, and organize forums for young cadres to understand their psychological changes. Listen to their inner demands, guide them to establish a correct grass-roots view of the masses, cultivate the spirit of hard work, show the resilience of young people in the new period, and create a good environment.
