【摘要】：科技期刊“走出去”是近年中國(guó)科技期刊發(fā)展的重要任務(wù),科技期刊在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r代表了其在國(guó)際科技出版領(lǐng)域被認(rèn)可的程度�？萍计诳鰹橐粋�(gè)國(guó)家科技成果傳播的主要媒介,其在國(guó)際上的地位和影響力一定程度上反映了該國(guó)的科技實(shí)力,甚至綜合實(shí)力�；谶@樣的背景,本文對(duì)中國(guó)科技期刊“走出去”發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。全文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié),從了解中國(guó)科技期刊的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r出發(fā),總結(jié)了科技期刊的發(fā)展歷程及各個(gè)階段特點(diǎn),對(duì)科技期刊發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展過程中所存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。第三章從科技期刊的內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)種、學(xué)科、作者、機(jī)構(gòu)、地域幾個(gè)維度分析中國(guó)科技期刊主體“走出去”的現(xiàn)狀。第四章對(duì)中國(guó)科技期刊運(yùn)作方式走出進(jìn)行分析,科技期刊分別從政策引導(dǎo)、管理模式、合作模式、傳播平臺(tái)四個(gè)角度進(jìn)行運(yùn)行管理�；趯�(duì)中國(guó)科技期刊“走出去”的基本分析,得知科技期刊“走出去”受到內(nèi)因和外因兩方面影響,外因?yàn)榭萍妓健F(xiàn)行體制、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)沖擊,內(nèi)因?yàn)閮?nèi)容質(zhì)量、出版語(yǔ)言、人員素養(yǎng)三個(gè)方面。第六章總結(jié)了科技期刊“走出去”的對(duì)策:“請(qǐng)進(jìn)來”與“走出去”結(jié)合;內(nèi)部完善評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制;加快推動(dòng)數(shù)字出版發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)科技期刊品牌建設(shè)與傳播;加強(qiáng)辦刊隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升編輯出版能力;國(guó)際化和本土化并行。
[Abstract]:"going out" is an important task for the development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals in recent years. The development of sci-tech periodicals in the international market represents the degree to which they are recognized in the field of international sci-tech publishing. As the main medium for the dissemination of scientific and technological achievements in a country, the status and influence of sci-tech periodicals in the world to a certain extent reflect the scientific and technological strength of the country, even its comprehensive strength. Based on this background, this paper studies the development of Chinese Sci-tech Journals. The full text is divided into six chapters. Based on the understanding of the development of Chinese sci-tech periodicals, this paper summarizes the development process and the characteristics of each stage, and analyzes the present situation and problems in the development of sci-tech periodicals. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals from the aspects of contents, languages, disciplines, authors, institutions and regions. The fourth chapter analyzes the mode of operation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals from four aspects: policy guidance, management mode, cooperation mode and communication platform. Based on the basic analysis of "going out" for Chinese sci-tech periodicals, we know that the "going out" of sci-tech periodicals is influenced by both internal and external factors, including the level of science and technology, the current system, the impact of the international market, the internal quality of content, and the publishing language. There are three aspects of personnel accomplishment. The sixth chapter summarizes the countermeasures of "going out" for sci-tech periodicals: "Please come in" and "go out"; improve the evaluation mechanism internally; accelerate the development of digital publishing; strengthen the brand construction and dissemination of sci-tech periodicals; strengthen the construction of the organization team. Enhance editing and publishing ability; internationalization and localization parallel.
